As a highly skilled strategist with more than 30 years’ experience in the human services, allied health and the community sector from pediatrics and across the developmental life span. Kym is revered for her ability to collaborate and partner in a truly authentic way and am a prominent and reliable voice for people with disability to receive high quality therapeutic supports and services. Kym is committed to establishing culturally embedded, holistic person-centered supports for Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander services to support First Nations People in collaboration with First Nations People with cultural authority and Elders.

Practice Manager – Holistic Therapeutic Supports & Participant Wellbeing
Sarah McCandless
With over a decade in education, Sarah is dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities, diverse learning needs, and cultural backgrounds. As an Allied Mental Health professional specialising in adolescent and youth intervention, she takes a holistic, person-centered approach to care.
In her role Sarah leads with compassion, integrity, and clinical insight. This reflects her commitment to trauma-informed care and recovery-focused models, all delivered within a wraparound framework aligned with NDIS standards. Her leadership fosters a culture of emotional safety, dignity, and real-life impact for every participant.
Sarah brings extensive experience in disability management, including navigating the complexities of the National Disability Insurance Scheme. She is well-versed in NDIS requirements and planning processes—ensuring participants receive tailored supports that build capacity, promote autonomy, and support long-term wellbeing.
Her practice is grounded in a deep understanding of rights-based care, safeguarding responsibilities, and ethical obligation. She ensures compliance while advocating fiercely for the individual needs and voices of those she supports.
Passionate about empowerment and connection, Sarah helps individuals strengthen their mind, body, and spirit while guiding families and support networks in providing compassionate, person-first care. Her mission is to foster belonging, build capability, and ensure everyone has access to the resources and relationships they need to thrive—however that looks for the individual.
Case Manager
Skye Abdullah
Skye is a proud First Nations Case Manager and Enrolled Nurse with hands-on experience across Neurology, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Rehabilitation, MS, and Positive Behavior Support. She brings a calm, grounded presence and clinical insight to complex care and recovery.
Skye is experienced in navigating the NDIS and building meaningful, person-led pathways that reflect identity, community, and healing.
Skye approaches Case Management with clinical precision and genuine human care.
With a strong foundation in trauma-informed, culturally safe practice, Skye supports individuals and families with dignity, clarity, and compassion. She walks alongside people—never ahead—ensuring their stories, strengths, and choices shape the support they receive.
